from vintage clothes to fresh baked buns

It’s been almost two years since I took that picture of Annie Moss on the very last day in her famous Camden Passage vintage shop. It was a bittersweet end to over 50 years of trading on the passage with her carefully curated, sometimes glamorous, sometimes decadent collection of beautiful vintage fashion. Customers at her famous shop on the corner included Kate Moss, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Lauren.

The shop is now Buns from Home which is enjoying a roaring trade, sending irresistible fresh baked smells down the passage. It’s a tribute to how this special little street is always changing whilst maintaining its charm and appeal.

Annie is still thriving and runs her business from home in nearby Allingham Street and you’ll find her on Instagram @anniesvintageclothes
