Amy and Nikhil's Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding


Old Marylebone Town Hall is always a special place to photograph a wedding, and Amy and Nikhil's day was another reminder of why. They chose the bright and elegant Mayfair Room for their ceremony, where the large windows filled the space with natural light and created a relaxed atmosphere from the very start. As a documentary wedding photographer at Old Marylebone Town Hall, it's one of my favourite rooms to work in.


Although it was a busy Friday at the Town Hall, everything flowed really well. We had plenty of time for photographs on the famous steps, a brilliant confetti moment, and then a short walk to their reception. Those walks through London always create some of my favourite images because they give couples the chance to relax and simply enjoy being together. If you're looking for a documentary wedding photographer at London venues, these in-between moments are often the ones you'll treasure most.

Beautiful photos without taking you away from your wedding


Amy and Nikhil met at university and were friends for seven years before they started dating, so it was clear that spending time with the people closest to them mattered more than spending ages posing for photographs. That's exactly how I like to work. As a Natural wedding photographer, I focus on capturing the real moments as they happen while keeping portraits simple, relaxed and quick.


I always aim to create Beautiful photos for people who won't like to pose, and Amy and Nikhil's wedding was a great example of that. In just a couple of hours, we captured a full set of natural, genuine photographs without interrupting the flow of the day. It's proof that even a London micro wedding can give you an incredible collection of memories when the focus stays on enjoying every moment together.

Gary is amazing! His photos are beautiful, as people who aren’t naturals in front of the camera he put as at ease and took lovely natural photos of us and our family. Not only that but he was so helpful throughout the day in guiding us through the Marylebone town hall process and made everything flow so smoothly! Couldn't recommend him more.
