No extra crew, no turning your wedding into a production—just a beautiful, honest glimpse into the moments that made it yours. Scroll down to see how it works.
Alongside your photography, I offer short Highlight Videos—simple, honest little films that bring your day back to life. They’re designed to capture the atmosphere, energy and emotion of the day, without turning your wedding into a production. Just natural, joyful moments, edited together into a 1–4 minute film you’ll actually want to watch again and again.
These are story-driven films created as I photograph, and they’re a lovely, relaxed alternative for couples who don’t want the full video setup but still want something more than photos alone.
Married at Islington Town Hall in Room 99 then off to their favourite pub for the reception.
Married at St Albans Registry Office then off to a barn in Barnes (naturally) for the reception.
Married at Rosslyn Hill Chapel in Hampstead and the reception was a the Duke of York Pub in Barnett.
Married in Camden Town Hall’s Council Chamber with a special afternoon tea in the Heath Room.
It’s typically a 1–5 minute film set to music, showing little moments from across the day—glimpses of your ceremony, the laughter during drinks, your confetti moment, dancing, and the quiet stuff too. Sometimes I include snippets of sound, like cheering, clapping or a line from your vows—but not full audio coverage. Just enough to add a little sparkle.
There’s no camera crew, no tripods, no-one getting in your guests’ way or blocking my view as your photographer. It’s just me, quietly switching between photo and video with the same documentary style I’m known for. That means no extra people, and no turning your wedding into a film set.
Highlight Videos are for couples who want a simple video without the expense of £1500 plus for a videographer. For a typical 2 hour micro wedding I charge £150. For a longer wedding it's typically £250 but do check to make sure.
Let's be clear about what you can expect and what you won't get with your Highlight Video:
If you're looking for something more substantial, with multiple angles, full ceremony and speeches etc., this isn't for you. You need a videographer.
You will get something joyful, relaxed, and genuinely reflective of your day It's perfect for couples who want a little film to relive the atmosphere, without all the fuss.
You can add a Highlight Video to any wedding photography package when you book and to be honest any time after, if you fancy it. Let me know if you’d like to chat it through—I’m always happy to help you decide what’s right for you.
