Frederick’s Camden Passage Wedding: Hannah and Rob
Hannah and Rob were blessed with great weather for their Islington wedding, and I was so pleased they chose one of my favourite venues, Frederick’s in Camden Passage. Having everything in one place makes the wedding day flow so much more easily, with no need to move guests between different locations.
Frederick’s has a wonderful garden, which was perfect for the ceremony. Afterwards, everyone could enjoy drinks on the terrace before moving through to the restaurant for the famous Frederick’s dining experience. While guests were taking their seats, we had time for some couple photos in Camden Passage, one of the most picturesque little shopping streets in London.
Why Frederick’s works so well for a wedding
One of the great things about Frederick’s is how easily the different parts of the day fit together. The garden, terrace and restaurant give you plenty of variety without having to worry about transporting everyone from one place to another. It means the day can feel relaxed and natural, while still giving you lots of opportunities for photographs.
For Hannah and Rob, there was also plenty of time to enjoy the celebrations, with the day finishing with everyone on the dancefloor. As a documentary wedding photographer in Islington, it was lovely to have so many different moments and spaces to work with, while keeping the photography natural and unobtrusive.
