I've got a fantastic story to share from my recent photoshoot at the beautiful Beauvale Abbey Farmhouse in Nottingham. Picture this: the historic charm, the relaxed grandeur, and the magic of Leanne and David's intimate wedding.
Now, let me spill the beans – Leanne rocked not one, but two stunning wedding dresses! I mean, who could blame her? She couldn’t decide which to wear until just before the ceremony but I think she made the right choice in the one with exquisite beading.
After they said their 'I dos,' we strolled onto the lawns for some classic group shots. But, here's the part I love the most – the newlyweds and I wandered around the ancient ruins, capturing their just-married glow. This is such a special time as it’s often the first moment they have had away from everyone else when they can enjoy the fact they are now officially married.
Back at the farmhouse, a simple yet beautifully presented lunch awaited us. As a portrait photographer, it's not just about the clicks, it's about crafting memories that'll last a lifetime. And let me tell you, it was an honour and an absolute pleasure to be part of Leanne and David's day at such a special location.
