Chelsea Town Hall for a June Wedding
I’m always surprised by how much great photography can come from just two hours of coverage. C&A’s wedding at Chelsea Town Hall was a perfect example. I arrived as guests were gathering, which gave us time for a few photographs by the famous flower wall in the waiting area before the ceremony began.
The ceremony itself took place in the beautiful Rossetti Room, one of the most elegant ceremony spaces in London. It was a relaxed and intimate occasion, with plenty of genuine moments that are exactly why I enjoy working as a documentary wedding photographer at Chelsea Town Hall.
A Micro London Wedding With Plenty of Character
After the ceremony, everyone gathered outside for confetti and family photographs on the steps. These moments are always a great part of a Chelsea Town Hall wedding, with guests spilling out onto the street and the atmosphere feeling full of energy and excitement.
Once the formal photographs were finished, we took a short walk nearby for some relaxed portraits of the newlyweds. As a Natural wedding photographer, I’m always looking for simple, unforced moments rather than anything overly posed. The result was a collection of beautiful photos for people who don’t like to pose. This was a particularly fun wedding to photograph and another reminder of why being a documentary wedding photographer at Chelsea Town Hall, and a documentary wedding photographer at the Rossetti Room, is always such a pleasure.
"We were so lucky to have Gary photograph our wedding at Chelsea Town Hall. He was extremely professional, warm, put us and our families at ease and the finished result was incredible. We're so happy with all the photos, he captured everyone looking their best and most relaxed and did some really fun couple shots with us. after the ceremony which came out amazingly!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer."
