Celebrating 100 years of a remarkable school for girls
I am delighted to see one of my portraits in the Benenden School centenary book. The photo of opera singer Susan Daniel sits alongside 99 other remarkable alumni including sportswomen, philanthropists and two princesses.
To mark this unique milestone in the history of Benenden School, they have published a once-in-a-generation commemorative book that celebrates the impact of the School’s renowned education around the world. Featuring a foreword by Benenden Senior, patron of the Benenden Society and hugely influential member of the royal family HRH The Princess Royal, the book casts a light on some of the brightest figures in Benenden history.
Appropriately named Benenden 100, it showcases 100 different individuals whose lives have embodied the values of Benenden School across a wide range of fields. Each profile has been thoroughly researched and crafted by our dedicated editorial team, resulting in a beautiful book that promises to fascinate, educate and entertain in equal measure.
