A Quietly Beautiful Wedding at Hendon Town Hall


Shalina and Samuel kept things simple for their wedding day—just close family, a meaningful ceremony, and time together. Shalina's dress was stunning and made for a special first look at she entered with her step-father escorting her down the aisle.


This was my first time photographing a wedding at Hendon Town Hall and it’s a fantastic space—plenty of natural light, a grand staircase, and a quiet little park tucked just behind for portraits. It’s got that perfect mix of character and ease. A real gem for a natural wedding photographer in London.

Small Guest List, Big Emotions


With only around 20 guests, the ceremony had a calm and intimate energy. Everyone there was part of their lives in a real way, and you could feel that in the room. Shalina looked brilliant in her traditional dress, with beautiful jewellery passed down through her family—nothing overdone, just authentic and full of meaning.


After the ceremony, we made the most of the building’s classic front steps for some relaxed group shots. Having Izzie on hand to help organise people made things run smoothly. Then we slipped into the park behind the Town Hall for some quiet moments and portraits—as I always promise "beautiful photos for people who don’t like to pose", just the two of them being themselves.
