Jessie & Robyn’s Wedding at Chelsea Old Town Hall
Jessie and Robyn have known each other since school, so this wedding really felt like the next chapter of something that had already been building for years. They chose Chelsea Old Town Hall for their ceremony—a classic spot that’s full of charm and character, right in the heart of one of London’s most beautiful neighbourhoods. The weather couldn’t have been better. Sunshine, colour, and that perfect early-summer warmth that seems to lift everyone’s mood.
It was a small wedding, with just 25 guests, but it had all the heart you could ask for. The ceremony itself was emotional and full of quiet, meaningful moments. No first look, just the traditional walk-in, which made that first glance even more powerful. Jessie and Robyn looked incredible—classic, elegant, and completely themselves.

From Ceremony to Chelsea Bridge
After the ceremony we stepped out into the sun for a quick confetti shot—simple but full of joy—then a few group shots with family. They’d kept the list tight, which always helps things run smoothly. From there we took a short walk over Chelsea Bridge to the Prince Albert pub for their reception. It’s a great route, especially on a day like that, and it gave us time to grab a few natural couple shots on the way.
Jessie and Robyn said they’re not big fans of posing, which is something I hear quite a lot. But they were relaxed, laughed loads, and just enjoyed each other. For a natural wedding photographer, that’s perfect. Nothing staged, just honest, beautiful photos for people who don’t like to pose. Being a documentary wedding photographer at Chelsea Old Town Hall always offers moments like that—clean light, lovely surroundings, and people just being themselves.
If you're planning something similar and want a relaxed, documentary approach, this day is a great example of how simple, personal weddings can still have real impact.
